CPPIB engaged with Pearse Partners to help build out their Infrastructure team ahead of a significant growth period for the European office. After making a successful Associate placement, they engaged with us again to add Associates to their Sustainable Energies team and Infrastructure Credit team, which were again successful. We are currently supporting them on two additional hires for the Infrastructure team. 

Strategic Approach 

The Private Equity team at Pearse used their expertise to thoroughly understand the roles and requirements, alongside getting a feel for the culture at CPPIB to ensure the candidates would be technically strong but also align with the fund’s values. By tapping into our extensive network and in-depth market knowledge, the team quickly identified a cross-section of suitable candidates. For the Infrastructure Credit team placement, the PE & Credit teams worked together to source the best candidate for the role. Throughout the recruitment process, Pearse Partners demonstrated agility and adaptability, adjusting strategies to meet the evolving demands and timelines without compromising on service quality. We have helped CPPIB find extremely high-calibre candidates and make great hires across their different teams; we look forward to continuing to support their growth.
