WE ARE PEARSE PARTNERS

Our story began in 2018, and since then we’ve expanded a trusted network of clients and candidates. All thanks to our core values, our consistently outstanding performance, and a hard-earned reputation.

It’s true, we’ve come a long way from a single desk, in a spare bedroom. But we’ll never lose sight of where we came from – or forget the agility, the passion, and the people-first approach that defines us.

June

2018

Sean Bourke founds Pearse Partners, after 7 years at Michael Page, the FTSE 250 recruitment firm. He names the company after his super-hero mum, taking her family name ‘Pearse’.

August

2018

New places, new faces. Pearse Partners moves into its first home, sharing office space with Rutherford Search.

December

2019

A little DIY never hurt anyone – especially in the name of business growth. Pearse Partners knocks down walls (literally and figuratively) to expand its office-floor space.

July

2021

Pearse Partners relocates to Metal Box Factory, outgrowing the old office space. Fortunately, it’s only across the road – a short distance for the office chairs, which in true Pearse Partners fashion the team wheel across themselves.

August

2021

Business booms. Processes evolve. New departments are born. For the first time, Pearse Partners divides into two distinct specialisms: Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.

October

2021

Pearse Partners continues to expand, with the addition of an expert and fast-growing Hedge Fund team.

April

2022

Bigger. Better. Definitely slightly noisier. Pearse Partners doubles its office size, moving from a 1000 sq. ft to a 2000 sq. ft office space, within the Metal Box Factory.

May

2022

More results. More specialists. The new Pearse Partners Debt team begins operating. Hitting the ground running with big clients and impressive candidates.

October

2022

Pearse Partners continues to go from strength to strength. Forging new industry relationships, entering new geographies, and matching the best candidates with the right clients.
