Across Energy and Infrastructure Financing & Advisory, BNP are a European powerhouse that lead their Real Assets franchise from London. Throughout 2023/2024, Pearse Partners were the search firm selected to look after their headcount requirements throughout the year; this was 4 Associate hires, a VP hire and a Director hire.

Strategic Approach

At each of these levels, Pearse Partners adopted a different approach to suit the demands of each level of the market. At the Associate level, which is a level highly in demand across the market, Pearse had the responsibility to make sure BNPP were positioned strongly in the market to best compete and increase the chance of candidate acceptance at the final stages. At the VP & D level, we ran a search process which involved comprehensively mapping, identifying the most suited talent with the team and positioning BNPP to a senior audience in the market.

All of these mandates were completed successfully, also managing to increase the teams' diversity in the process.
