HCOB began engaging with Pearse Partners at the beginning of 2023 with an initial need to hire one candidate for their Corporate and Specialty Lending team in London. We have since helped HCOB build out teams across numerous front-office financing strategies that they have and placed 6 people into the business across both London and Luxembourg. 

Strategic Approach

The Pearse Partners Credit team leveraged their expertise to thoroughly understand the roles and project requirements. By tapping into our extensive network and in-depth market knowledge, the team quickly identified a cross-section of suitable candidates. We have done this by mapping out different front-office financing teams for the bank across numerous European geographies:  Hamburg, Luxembourg and London.  Throughout the recruitment process, Pearse Partners demonstrated agility and adaptability, adjusting strategies to meet the evolving demands and timelines without compromising on service quality. We have helped the bank find extremely high-calibre candidates and make great hires across their different teams, and look forward to continuing to support their growth.
