Deal teams are lean by design. Associates carry real responsibility from day one: IC materials, financial modelling, due diligence, board observer roles, with direct exposure to Partners and Investment Committee members throughout.
The Role
- Full deal team involvement: origination, modelling, due diligence, IC materials, asset management
- Exposure across large-cap and mid-market, spanning all infra sectors
- Entry-to-exit deal model, follow a transaction from first look through to portfolio
- Board observer responsibilities on select transactions
- Direct interaction with senior leadership and Investment Committee members
Candidate Profile
- 1 – 5 years’ experience as an Analyst or Associate at a top-tier investment bank or fund
- Coverage in an infrastructure-adjacent sector
- Strong financial modelling capability, this process has a high technical bar
- Commercial maturity and genuine interest in infrastructure and operational value creation
