Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of transactions (M&A) across the Consumer & Retail sectors
- Manage and mentor juniors within the team
- Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM’s, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
- Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Conducting industry research, market trend analyses and due diligence on potential investments
This Consumer and Retail Associate role requires an individual with strong problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and an ability to think strategically. The ideal candidate would ideally posses the following background:
Ideal Background:
- 3+ years working in a Big 4 or Investment Banking environment
- Experience across C&R verticals helps
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
