Pearse Partners have been mandated by a Mid Market Corporate Finance firm to assist in hiring an Associate for their Consumer and Retail team. This is a growth hire within the team who are consistent in executing a high volume of transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of transactions (M&A) across retail and consumer verticals
  • Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM’s, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
  • Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years working in a recognised accounting firm M&A team or boutique IB
  • Experience within consumer/retail preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
