Vice President to the Corporate Solutions Team.

The role will support the team with origination as well as technical analysis with regards to the capital structure, credit ratings assessments, debt capacity analysis and other corporate finance-related elements as required.

Corporate Solutions Responsibilities:

Deliver technical analysis concerning corporate finance concepts.
Produce customers-facing output materials.
Propose ideas for analysis and client discussion.
Participate in mentoring, training, and development of junior colleagues.

Background:

Proven background and understanding of Capital Structure, Ratings, TMT sector, Relationship management.
Experience in delivering technical analysis concerning corporate finance.
Strong academic background
