Corporate Finance Director – Deal Origination

A good client of ours (big 4) is looking to add a Director to their deal origination team to help generate high quality transactions for their consumer team.

Director – Deal Origination Responsibilities:

• Conduct business development to identify, source and introduce potential clients for M&A or similar assignments
• Lead preparation of marketing materials for clients – both corporate and private equity clients
• Build great relationships and guide them through the entire M&A process
• Grow brand in the consumer space by expanding network both internally and externally to generate new engagements

You will have:

• Knowledge and a strong network in the consumer space
• Extensive business development/origination experience within FS
• Currently at Vice President or Director level in a similar role
