Pearse Partners have been mandated by a Global Investment Bank who are hiring an Energy & Power Analyst/Associate within their energy team covering renewable, oil & gas, metals & mining.

With a global remit the team are buoyant against the market and this is a growth hire within the team.

Key Responsibilities of a Energy & Power Analyst/Associate:

• Execution of Energy M&A transactions.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documents
• Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction
• Manage and mentor the Analysts within the team

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years working in a Investment Bank/Corporate M&A or Project Finance teams
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
