ESG Associate – Infrastructure

A mid-market infra focussed PE fund, are seeking a newly created ESG Associate to lead and take ownership of their ESG function. Previously supported through consultancies, and the ESG committee, they now need a dedicated in-house resource.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with circa 5 years sustainability experience, to focus on portfolio engagement, developing and implementing the ESG agenda and strategy, reporting and regulatory landscape.

You must have the following attributes;

• Bachelor Degree or higher
• 5 – 8 years’ experience within sustainability either from consultancy or the buy-side
• Experience within ESG DD
• Strong knowledge of global and European sustainability trends
• Exceptional analytical and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good stakeholder engagement skills
• Keen interest in developing the ESG market.
