This role has a dual reporting line to both the Head of Portfolio on ESG matters and to the Investor Relations Director for IR matters. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on individual seeking a well-rounded ESG opportunity.

ESG and Investor Relations Associate

 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • The role will work closely with the Investor Relations team, portfolio team, portfolio companies and ESG Committee. The objective is to progress the ESG agenda, collate the information required to demonstrate results and be able to communicate the ESG strategy and progress in written reporting for investors.
  • Assist with broader investor related matters, supporting the IR Director with the preparation and recording of investor related interactions, as well as responding to investor queries.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A self-confident and motivated individual who can work across all levels of the firm
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • CRM experience an advantage
  • Previous exposure to private equity or other alternative investments is an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • Additionally, a keen interest in ESG is important

This is an exciting role to combine both an ESG and an Investor focussed position within a growing private equity fund, in their fifth fundraise, and there will be the opportunity to develop the scope over time.
