Head of Sustainability

Pearse Partners are seeking a skilled ESG professional to join as a newly created Head of Sustainability. You will be managing an ESG specialist and helping the development, implementation and reporting of best in class ESG practices.

You will need to have:

• Relevant and strong ESG experience with 8 – 10 years experience ideally within an investment manager or in a client facing role
• Strong understanding of real assets, preferably infrastructure
• Strong ESG subject matter knowledge and project management skills
• Confident, strong verbal and communication skills, effective with a broad range of stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively within both a team and autonomously
• CFA, MBA, CPA or CAIA preferred
