Industrials Associate – Corporate Finance

Our Corporate Finance recruitment team at Pearse Partners are currently working with a global investment bank who are looking for an Industrials Associate to join their M&A team.

This current team is led by a well known Managing Director and they have a strong origination track record. The role will suit an experienced Associate that is looking for a more entrepreneurial environment.

As an Industrials Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the origination and execution of transactions in the industrials sector. E.g. Buy and sell side M&A
• Take a lead role in the production of financial models and transaction documents
• Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction

Your Ideal Background:

• 2+ years experience within investment banking and/or corporate finance
• Strong interest in the industrials sector and knowledge of current market activity
• Ability to take a substantial role in deal execution
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
