Industrials Banking Associate – M&A Recruitment

Pearse Partners has partnered with an Elite Boutique bank looking to expand their Industrials team with multiple growth hires. The team has an extremely active deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams.

Industrials Banking Associate, key responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A) across the Industrials sector
• Manage and mentor juniors within the team
• Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM’s, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
• Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years working in an Investment Banking environment
• Experience across Industrial verticals helps
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
