Industrials Vice President

We have partnered with an Elite Boutique Investment Bank to help find an Industrials Vice President to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing firm. You must have experience and a keen interest in the Industrials sector.

VP Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A) across the Industrials space
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documents
• Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction
• Manage and mentor the Analysts within the team

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years working in a Big four Investment Bank environment
• Ability to take a lead role in the negotiation and execution of transactions
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
