Investment Associate – Private Equity

This role will suit an Investment Associate – Private Equity.

Our Private Equity Recruitment team at Pearse Partners have partnered with a mid-market private equity firm who are focused on software and technology.

The firm specialises in investments ranging from €20-100m. Having B2B/Software experience is highly advantageous in this context.

To be successful in this Investment Associate role, you will need to meet the below criteria:

Overview:

• You will be expected to liaise with investors, vendors, banks, lawyers, finance managers, general managers, insurance and technical advisors and will gain exposure to a wide range of verticals.
• Deal origination; I.e. Conduct thorough market research to identify specific opportunities, assess key risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. This will enable informed investment decisions and optimise your chances of success.
• Preparing and/or reviewing operational and financial models while also crafting Investment Committee presentations.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of professional working experience in Investment banking or consulting, with good modelling, excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong interest in Technology
