Investment Banking Analyst – Insurance

Our Corporate Finance Recruitment team at Pearse Partners are currently working with a high performing boutique investment bank on an Analyst position. The firm is a market leader in strategic advisory across the insurance and insurtech sectors. The role will suit an experienced Analyst with deal experience in the FIG space

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the origination and execution of transactions in the insurance sector (M&A, capital raising, and insurance linked securities)
• Take a lead role in the production of financial models and transaction documents
• Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction

Ideal Background:

• 1+ years experience within investment banking/corporate finance
• Strong interest in the insurance sector and knowledge of current market activity
• Ability to take a substantial role in deal execution
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
