Pearse Partners are currently working with several Elite Investment Banks to grow out their M&A team in Dubai. You will have anywhere from 1-3 years specific M&A experience from another Investment Bank.

Key responsibilities:

  • Being involved in every aspect of a deal, from origination to completion, including drafting IM’s, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
  • Building detailed financial models and using various valuation techniques

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years M&A experience
  • Arabic language skills is a plus
