Pearse Partners have been mandated by an Elite Boutique who are hiring an Investment Banking Associate – Energy. The team cover Energy including Oil & Gas and Renewables with a global remit.

Banking Associate – Energy

The Role:

• Execute transactions across Energy & Power sector
• Develop various financial models and valuation methods
• Conduct preparation and review of materials including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks
• Assist senior team with developing relationships with new and existing clients. As an example to expand the business
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions
• Develop Analysts within the team

Associate Required Experience:

• 4-6 years investment banking experience e.g. Bulge Bracket or Boutique
• Sectors experience across Oil/Gas/Energy/Power or a related sector
• Additionally, you will be technically strong with exceptional financial modelling skills

In summary, this role would suit an experienced Associate who has a keen interest across Oil, Gas, Energy and Power.
