Mid Market Investment Associate

This is a generalist mid-market private equity fund who is looking to add a further Mid Market Investment Associate to join their growing team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background (2:1 or higher degree from a top-tier university) and at least two years’ relevant experience within a similar position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial modelling and market analysis.

Mid Market Investment Associate Key responsibilities Include:

• Building, managing, and maintaining bespoke financial models.
• Taking an active role in due diligence processes for acquisitions and financing.
• Preparation of memorandums and presentations for acquisitions.
• Assisting senior team members with research projects, continuing systems development, investor relations, fundraising initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

• 1-3 years M&A experience
• Excellent financial modelling skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Experience working with senior team members and advisors
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
