Private Capital Advisory Associate

 

Our Investor Relations recruitment team are working with a top-tier placement agent who are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented associate to become a valued member of their Advisory team. This role offers a unique chance to learn the ropes of Private Equity and build a solid foundation for a successful career in the sector.

As a Private Capital Advisory Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting senior team members, gaining hands-on experience in fundraising deal management and contributing to the success of the organisation.

 

Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with senior team members to facilitate all aspects of fundraising deal management
  • Supervising analysts involved in transaction processes
  • Conducting and overseeing analytical assessments of client deal portfolio, track record, team, and market opportunities
  • Taking the lead in the preparation of various marketing materials such as pitchbooks, Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
  • Assisting in the coordination and prioritisation of client fundraising roadshow planning
  • Addressing investor Due Diligence (DD) questions and concerns
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive fundraising tracking reports
  • Coordinating the preparation and delivery of investor briefing notes for clients

 

Client Interaction:

  • Primary liaison for clients regarding process and operational matters
  • Spearheading General Partner (GP) calls and providing leadership
  • Engaging extensively with senior clients throughout the fundraising process
  • Cultivating strong relationships with client peers
  • Establishing and enhancing relationships and credibility with clients beyond peer levels

 

Skills Required:

  • High attention to detail across all materials.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong English writing skills, capable of producing precise and thoughtful written content.
  • Proficient numerical and Excel skills.
  • Experience in working with PowerPoint is essential.
