We are collaborating with a prestigious Real Estate provider to assist in the recruitment of a Real Estate Analyst for their London-based team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join as a highly regarded M&A advisor within the real estate industry.

 

 

As an Analyst, you will be covering;

  • Residential,
  • Purpose-built student accommodation,
  • Senior living,
  • Healthcare,
  • Life sciences.

 

We require the new Real Estate Analyst to hold the below Qualifications:

  • Top academic performer and a quick learner
  • Strong modelling skills
  • Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills
  • At least 1 years M&A experience from an IB or Big 4
