Vice President – Restructuring Advisory 

Responsibilities

We are working with a leading Elite Boutique Bank in London, who are renowned for their exceptional Restructuring team. Specialising in large-scale debt restructuring mandates, they provide advisory services to both creditors and debtors, as well as private equity sponsors. The team excel in managing high-value deals and achieving substantial remuneration.

This Restructuring Advisory Role requires:

• Strong modelling skills
• An understanding of debt instruments right across the capital structure
• The ability to identify potential restructuring opportunities
• Wide market knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
• Relevant knowledge coming from an elite restructuring (ideal), debt advisory or leveraged finance background
• Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
