Responsibilities

This is a market leading Restructuring team of a leading Elite Boutique in London who focus on advisory for large debt restructuring mandates both creditor and debtor side as well as for Private Equity sponsors. Market leading deal volumes and remuneration.

As a Restructuring Vice President, you will be required to:

• Have strong modelling skills
• An understanding of debt instruments right across the capital structure
• The ability to identify potential restructuring opportunities
• Wide market knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
• Relevant knowledge coming from an elite restructuring (ideal), debt advisory or leveraged finance background
