Secondaries Investment Associate

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Play an integral role in the origination, evaluation, and execution of secondary investment opportunities
  • Assist in all aspects of the transaction process, including financial modelling and conducting due diligence
  • Work with seniors to prepare material for the investment committee approval process

 

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally from another secondary fund but can be from any corporate finance team at a leading investment bank
  • Excellent academic records from a leading university
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with solid knowledge of valuation techniques, corporate finance topics, and leveraged buyout modelling
  • Strong interest in secondary investments is a must
