- Preparing client presentations, pitch materials, information memoranda and other transaction documentation
- Conducting company, sector and market analysis to support both live mandates and new business development
- Coordinating transaction processes and working with clients, investors, advisers and other stakeholders
- Supporting senior bankers with the development of new client relationships and origination opportunities
- At VP level, taking greater responsibility for deal execution, client interaction and the development of junior team members
Experience Required
We are looking for candidates with:
- Associate: approximately 3–6 years’ relevant investment banking experience
- VP: approximately 6–9 years’ relevant investment banking experience
- Experience within an Elite Boutique, Bulge Bracket or strong Upper Mid-Market investment bank

- Excellent knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial statement analysis and financial modelling
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
- A demonstrable interest in Infrastructure, Transport, Logistics or Industrials
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business or another relevant discipline
Previous direct Transport & Logistics experience would be advantageous, particularly exposure to shipping, ports or rail, although candidates with strong adjacent Infrastructure or Industrials experience will also be considered.
