Vice President, Capital Markets – Private Equity

The Vice President will be responsible for a variety of core capital markets activities, including: providing structuring guidance, driving syndication processes, market research / deal-specific intel, proactively working with the company management and deal teams to optimise the capital structure, and preparing for and executing monetisation activities.

In summary, the Vice President will be intimately involved in various aspects of deal structuring, deal execution, relationship management, and various ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of related experience
• At least 1-2 years of experience in leveraged finance, leveraged capital markets, or syndicate at an investment bank
• Additional experience in a non-banking role is preferred: credit fund, hedge fund, PE fund, BDC, CLO, or mezzanine fund, corporate, etc.
• Direct experience in origination, structuring and execution of leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions for leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions and refinancing transactions
• Experience in managing the syndication process, reviewing syndication/sales force materials, and negotiating credit documentation
