Pearse Partners are currently working with an Elite Investment Bank to help find a Vice President for their Business Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team who are looking to double next year. Must have experience and a keen interest in Services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Execution of transactions (M&A) across Business Services
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, financial models, and transaction documents
  • Manage due diligence processes and relevant external parties throughout the transaction
  • Manage and mentor the Analysts within the team

 

 

 

Ideal Background:

  • 6+ years working in a Big 4/Investment Bank environment
  • Ability to take a lead role in the negotiation and execution of transactions
  • Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
