We are partnering with a leading investment bank to find a talented Project Finance Associate to join their Project & Infrastructure Finance team in New York. This team specialises in originating and executing high-profile transactions across sectors such as energy, renewables, power & utilities, and transportation, offering exposure to some of the most significant infrastructure financings in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Finance Associate, you will play a pivotal role throughout the deal lifecycle, including:
- Building and managing complex financial models.
- Preparing credit papers and investment materials.
- Coordinating due diligence processes.
- Supporting the structuring and negotiation of financing terms.
- Gaining exposure to portfolio management, including monitoring existing assets and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–4 years of experience in project finance, leveraged finance, or structured finance.
- Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills.
- A genuine interest in the infrastructure and energy sectors.
