Pearse Partners is proud to partner with a leading global investment bank seeking to grow its Infrastructure & Energy M&A team. With a strong pipeline of deals, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Infrastructure & Energy M&A team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the execution of M&A transactions across the Infrastructure & Energy sectors.
- Managing all aspects of the deal process, from origination to completion, including drafting Information Memorandums (IMs), preparing compelling pitch presentations, and taking ownership of financial modeling.
- Collaborating closely with senior management to provide strategic support throughout the M&A process.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships alongside senior bankers.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional with the following qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in an Investment Bank or Big 4 M&A team.
- Sector Expertise: Demonstrated M&A deal experience within the Infrastructure sector.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
