Investment Associate – Infrastructure (New York)
Pearse Partners is partnering with a leading large-cap infrastructure fund that is expanding its investment team in New York and seeking to hire an Investment Associate.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the evaluation, execution, and management of infrastructure investments across North America. The fund targets a diverse range of sectors, including digital infrastructure, renewable energy, and oil & gas.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities
- Support transaction execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, and preparation of investment committee materials
- Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis, covering sector trends, regulatory developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Assist with portfolio management and monitoring, including performance tracking and valuation analysis
- Prepare high-quality investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications & Experience
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or M&A; buy-side experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and cash flow analysis skills
- Experience supporting infrastructure transactions and familiarity with due diligence processes and legal/financial documentation
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
