Investment Associate – Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of infrastructure transactions, from initial screening and complex financial modelling to final documentation and closing.
- Deployment & Sourcing: Support the Head of Infrastructure in analysing a high volume of inbound opportunities, ensuring rapid but rigorous evaluation of risk-adjusted returns.
- Investment Structuring: Structure both minority and control positions, with a specific focus on achieving mid-teen IRRs.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Maintain active oversight of portfolio companies, including board involvement and strategic monitoring to ensure asset performance aligns with the firm’s yield-focused mandate.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience, ideally with a mix of Buy-side and Sell-side experience. Infrastructure specialism is required.
- Technical Expertise: Proven interdependence in leading valuation workstreams within Infrastructure in addition to a strong commercial understanding of various infrastructure sub-segments.
- Language & Culture: An additional European language is a plus. Candidates should be motivated by a relocation to Doha
- Agility: A “self-starter” mindset. Proven ability to thrive within lean teams and liaising directly with senior internal and external stakeholders.
