Integration Director – PE-Backed Financial Services
We’ve been retained on a mandate to hire a top-tier Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Director into a high-growth, private equity–backed financial services platform. This is a pivotal role at the heart of an active M&A strategy where execution directly translates into EBITDA.
The opportunity
You’ll take ownership of integration across a live deal pipeline, ensuring acquisitions deliver on their investment thesis. This isn’t about process for process’ sake, it’s about turning deals into measurable value.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end integration across multiple concurrent acquisitions
- Deliver tangible synergies, both cost optimisation and revenue growth
- Drive operating model alignment, simplification, and scale
- Partner closely with senior leadership and investors to track value creation
What we’re looking for
- A proven track record in Post-Merger Integration within PE-backed or highly acquisitive environments
- Strong experience in financial services (essential)
- Comfortable operating at pace, navigating ambiguity, and owning outcomes
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on EBITDA delivery
